Cremated remains or cremation ashes may be shipped through the U.S. Postal service, but they must be shipped by Registered Mail with a return receipt requested.

Please fill out the authorization form (click on link) and return with a copy of the Death Certificate.

Arrangements can be made to pick up remains up at your crematory, funeral home or anywhere on Long Island and the Five Boroughs for an additional fee.
